Israel Frankel was born in Bethlehem, PA, and lived there his whole life. His was married to Bertha (Nee Miller) Frankel. He had 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grand child. Mr. Frankel served with the 7th Infantry Div. during World War I. He was very active as a Legionnaire and was elected Chef de Gare of the North Hampton County (Bethehem) Voiture, NO. 697. 40-8.
