Reubin Kaminsky, 1955-1956. Kaminsky, of Hartford, Connecticut, served in the US Army in an Anti-Aircraft Battalion and in the European Theatre until his discharge in 1945. After his discharge PNC Kaminsky devoted much of his time to veterans' affairs. In 1954, PNC Kaminsky was appointed National Public Relations Officer of JWV, and was a member of the National Executive Committee and the National Policy Committee for many years.
