Edith was born in Poland. She came to America in 1929 when she was eight years old. She came with her mother, sister and brother. Her father was living on the lower east side of Manhattan and saved enough for his wife and children to come to America. Another brother was born one year later. Edith married Morris in 1944. He passed away in 2007. They lived in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, then moved to Century Village in Boca Raton Florida in 1984. Here they joined Snyder Tokson Post/Auxiliary 459. Edith served as Auxiliary President in 1991 and 1992. She served as County President in 2000. Edith was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be missed by all
