Past Post Commander Louis Cohn came up though the ranks and was Commander of Post 425 for 2 years (1997, 1998). He was very active serving patients at the Veterans Hospital in Montrose, NY, which consisted of BBQ's at the hospital and having patients brought up to the Palisades Center for lunch and movies. He was the Judge Advocate for the Rockand/Orange District for many years.
