A loving and devoted husband to wife Natalie and especially loving father to son Jeffrey and grandchildren Jamie and Russell. Enlisted in the US Marine Corp in June 1942 at age 28 and originally qualified as an Aircraft Gunner. He attained the rank of Technical Sergeant with service in the Central Pacific Area from March 1944 through August 1945. Landed with his Marine Division as Rifleman in the initial invasion of Okinawa in April 1945. My dad was a gifted amateur violinist whose musical ear brought joy to all. His sense of humor still brings a smile to those that miss him. A caring and devoted brother and uncle to his family and "Skippy" to his many pals he was faithful to those around him. He was always faithful to his country and the Marines- Semper Fi.
