Morris (Moisshe) Waldman, formerly of Nantasket Beach, Massachusetts and Deerfield Beach, Florida, passed away on January 27, 2006. Mr. Waldman was a WWII veteran in the U.S. Air Force (pilot) and was Postmaster in Weymouth for over 30 years. He was part of the well known Waldmans Candy Store originally from Roxbury and Brookline, MA. An active member of the temples he attended, he was a true shul mensch - especially in Nantasket where he spent most of his life. He was the husband of the late Evelyn Handin Waldman; father of the late Alan Waldman and Steven Waldman of Calif., grandfather of Mary Rose and Dana, great-grandfather of Gloria and Leopold, brother of Esther Brecker of Brookine, Shirley and Nathan Silver of Deerfield Beach, FL and Elliot and Lorraine Waldman of San Diego, CA. He will be missed by many friends and relatives.
